CAREER

Gustavo DolfinoDolfino is currently the founder and CEO at Claimence, LLC., a company he started that offers Insurance Carriers, TPA’s, and MGU’s an innovative, AI-driven solution designed to streamline the process of managing and investigating Management and Professional Liability Claims—from the initial submission by an Insured Party to the Carrier’s issuance of an Initial Coverage Position.

Claimence’s cutting-edge product empowers front-line claims professionals by swiftly analyzing complaints, applicable Policy provisions, and complex coverage scenarios and suggesting a preliminary coverage determination.

In 2016, Dolfino launched a Software As A Service company (SaaS), Student Global, LLC. (d/b/a myKlovr) – an online platform provider of College admissions solutions. As founder and CEO, Dolfino oversaw the design and development phases of the online app; he structured the platform to be highly scalable and able to adapt to increased demand without sacrificing performance. The technology was designed to disrupt the College admissions market, serving as a virtual College counseling platform conceived as a recurring revenue model that attempted to address the common hurdles for those seeking entrance to Colleges and Universities in the US, while democratizing access to the American dream of a College education. This was done whether by helping students gain admission to some of the country’s most renowned educational institutions, or non-elite institutions, without regard to socio-economic status. The platform provided guidance and functioned as a virtual College counselor, thus allowing students and their families to take advantage of what would have otherwise been a prohibitively expensive endeavor

Dolfino’s prior experience includes working in the Financial Services Industry at Premier Investment Banks such as UBS-International and Smith Barney, amongst others, where he participated in Equity and Fixed Income-related activities.

In the early 2000’s, Dolfino founded The WhiteRock Group, LLC. a Global Financial Services Executive Search Firm, and then went on to start WhiteRock Capital Partners, Inc. an Investment Banking Boutique.

EDUCATION

Gustavo G. Dolfino attended The George Washington University in the heart of Washington, D.C. where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Major in International Business in 1990.
